I have had a long-standing interest in photography, which was re-kindled about twenty years ago when I got my first digital camera. In my photography I do not seek to record what I see but to capture the images that I would otherwise miss; new angles on the familiar; meaningful minutiae lost in the bigger picture; figurative forms in weathered rock; flowing water, abstract impressions. It is often in the most unexpected places that we find the greatest insights.
